Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Paul George. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy notice, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at paul@paulgeorge.com. Our game: Low Poly Racing is just a little game that doesn't collect any user information and doesn't tracking any information about you at all.

When you use our mobile application, Low Poly Racing, as the case may be (the "App") and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services", which include the App), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

This privacy policy pertains to all apps created by PaulGeorge.com (the Developer) and to our website, paulgeorge.com, and applies to all information collected through our Services (which, as described above, includes our App), as well as any related services, sales, marketing or events.

Please read this privacy notice very carefully as it will help you understand what we do with the information that we collect.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Our game, Low Poly Racing, collects NO data! We ask for no data, no information about you or about anything. Please understand, we track nothing, nothing gets monitored, nothing gets sent back to PaulGeorge.com or anywhere for that matter.

Our website, paulgeorge.com, is different in one way: it shows ads provided by Google AdSense, and Google and its partners use cookies to show those ads. We don't collect or store that information ourselves. See 10. ADVERTISING AND COOKIES ON OUR WEBSITE.

Our Spin workout app, at spin.paulgeorge.com, keeps your workouts on your own device and also shows Google ads. See 11. THE SPIN APP.

2. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short: We don't collect data, so there's no data to share. The ads on our website and in the Spin app are provided by Google, which uses cookies as described in section 10.

3. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: No, we don't collect data, so there's no data to transfer.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We don't keep your data at all.

5. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You can find their contact details here: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm.

If you are resident in Switzerland, the contact details for the data protection authorities are available here: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch/edoeb/en/home.html.

6. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

7. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the App, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the App, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).

8. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

9. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?

If you have questions or comments about this notice, you may email us at paul@paulgeorge.com.

10. ADVERTISING AND COOKIES ON OUR WEBSITE

In Short: Our website, paulgeorge.com, and our Spin app, spin.paulgeorge.com, show ads from Google. Google uses cookies to choose which ads to show you. Low Poly Racing does not show these ads and still collects no data.

Our website and the Spin app use Google AdSense to show advertising. In the Spin app, ads appear only on the workout editor screen, never during a ride. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. These cookies are set by Google and its partners, not by us, and we do not receive personal information from them.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices. If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

11. THE SPIN APP

In Short: The Spin app keeps your workouts on your own device. If you choose to turn on sync, they are also saved to a GitHub repository that you choose. We don't receive any of it. The app shows Google ads, as described in section 10.

The Spin workout app at spin.paulgeorge.com stores your workouts, your weekly schedule and your settings in your web browser's storage on your device. This information stays on your device; it is not sent to us. Clearing your browser's data for spin.paulgeorge.com deletes it.

The app has an optional feature to sync your workouts and schedule between your devices using GitHub. If you turn it on, you provide a GitHub access token, which is stored only in that browser on your device, and the app saves your workouts and schedule as files in the GitHub repository you choose. That information is then held by GitHub under GitHub's Privacy Statement. You can turn sync off at any time with the Disconnect button, which removes the token from your device.

To show ads, the app loads Google AdSense on the workout editor screen when your device is online. Google's use of cookies and your choices about personalized ads are described in section 10.

HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
