About this ride
Three Hills 60 is the hardest ride in the library. After a 5-minute warm-up, there are three climbs, each about 14 minutes, finishing standing in the red. The peaks rise from 58 to 59 to 60, and the last two peaks last a little longer.
The valleys are only 4 minutes, so you start each climb before you're fully recovered. That's the challenge.
Tips
- Pace the first hill conservatively. You'll want it for the third.
- In the valleys, spin fast and light to clear your legs.
- Have water within reach. There's not much time to drink.
