About this ride
Twin Hills 30 keeps the same resistance levels as the 60-minute version, so each hill feels just as hard. The climbs are shorter, and you still finish each one standing in the red.
It's a great hard ride for a busy day.
Tips
- With a shorter warm-up, take the first foothills gently.
- The red sections are short, so commit to them.
- If 30 minutes feels easy, move up to Twin Hills 60 or Three Hills 60.
